Founded by Sarah Ben Hamida, AWAKE Movement is an Instagram based brand that crafts handmade jewellery pieces meant to inspire individuals globally. It encourage people to proudly wear their stories as a way of further channelling their strength. For AWAKE Movement we delivered a new e-commerce platform which allowed the business to grow and consolidate.

Problem
Growing to the next business stage
As the brand grew, it needed a permanent digital home that would enable it to keep delivering high-quality service to new and existing customers, as well as adding new digital products, such as online courses. A webshop was a much needed extension to the Instagram brand through which users could learn about, connect with and buy from AWAKE.

AWAKE Movement's strong Instagram presence meant that the new website needed to have a regard for the existing aesthetic while also expanding the brand’s values outside of the social platform. Additionally, we wanted the overall feel of the website to be serene and soft, inspiring the visitors with stories of hope and encouraging them to wear & share their own stories.

Building and customising a webshop with Shopify
For the webshop we deployed Shopify, an easy-to-use solution that offers AWAKE the possibility of creating, running, and analysing campaigns on social media, as well as taking orders via Instagram. We customised an existing template to create a tailor-made site that matched the company’s branding.
